I arrived in Koper by boat, which shows a much more pleasing side than the train and bus stations. It's old winding streets have the charm of Piran, but the hills in town are hot rather than feeling connected to the non-salt smelling, but crystal clear and refreshing Adriatic Sea. Still beautiful though.
